CHARACTERISTICS AND APPLICATION OF ENAMELED WIRE

1. Acetal enamelled wire, with heat grades of 105 and 120, has good mechanical strength, adhesion, resistance to transformer oil and refrigerant, but the product has poor moisture resistance, low thermal softening and breakdown temperature, and weak durability of benzene alcohol mixed solvent, only a small amount of which is used for oil immersed transformer and oil filled motor winding.

2. The heat grade of polyester and modified polyester enameled wire is 130 for ordinary polyester enameled wire and 155 for modified enameled wire. The product has high mechanical strength, good elasticity, adhesion, electrical performance and solvent resistance. Its weakness is poor heat shock resistance and low moisture resistance. It is the largest product in China at present, accounting for about two-thirds of the total. It is widely used in various electric motors, appliances, instruments, telecommunication equipment and household appliances.

3. Polyurethane enamelled wire; thermal grade: 130, 155, 180, 200. The main features of the product are direct welding, high frequency resistance, easy coloring, and good moisture resistance. It is widely used in electronic appliances, precision instruments, telecommunications and instruments. The weakness of the product is that the mechanical strength is slightly poor, the heat resistance is not high, and the flexibility and adhesion of the production line with large specifications are poor. Therefore, the production specifications of the product are mainly small and medium-sized fine lines.

4. Polyesterimide / polyamide composite enamelled wire, heat grade 180. This product has good heat shock resistance, high softening and breakdown temperature resistance, excellent mechanical strength, good solvent and refrigerant resistance. Its weakness is that it is easy to hydrolyze under closed conditions and widely used in the winding of motor, electric device, instrument, electric tool, dry-type power transformer, etc. with high heat resistance requirements.

5. Polyesterimide / polyamide imide composite enameled wire system is widely used at home and abroad for heat-resistant enameled wire, with heat grade of 200. The product has high heat resistance, cold resistance, radiation resistance and other characteristics, high mechanical strength, stable electrical performance, good chemical resistance, cold resistance and overload capacity. It is widely used in refrigerator compressor, air conditioning compressor, electric tool, explosion-proof motor and motor and electric appliance under high temperature, high cold, radiation resistance, overload and other conditions.
